Our advisory work is charged on an hourly, per diem, or retainer basis, scaled to the length of the project. All appraisal work is charged on an hourly or per diem basis based on the time spent in examining the property and the research time involved in the preparation of the appraisal report. The appraisal fee is in no way related to the value of the object appraised.
